MORE PLEASURE,
LESS PERFORMING,
MORE CONNECTION TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS...

The Queer Sovereignty Method™ is a new framework and growing ecosystem of courses, coaching, workshops, immersive experiences, and community designed to help queer men build greater authenticity, connection, pleasure, self-expression, and freedom.

At the heart of this work are two questions:

How do we become less shaped by old conditioning and more guided by our authentic desires, values, and aspirations?

How do we build the capacity to live with greater confidence, self-expression, connection, pleasure, and freedom?

Many queer men today enjoy freedoms that previous generations could scarcely imagine. Yet many of us still find ourselves editing what we say, managing how we’re perceived, holding back parts of ourselves, or hesitating to ask for what we truly want.

The Queer Sovereignty Method grew from a simple observation: understanding these patterns doesn’t necessarily change them.

Rather than focusing on insight alone, QSM combines embodied practices, reflective inquiry, community, and real-world experiences to help build the capacity to remain present, authentic, and fully expressed in the moments that matter most.

Pleasure, relationships, sexuality, and community are not separate from this work—they are some of the richest places to practice it.

Alex Sloan is the founder of the Queer Sovereignty Method™, drawing on decades of leadership, queer community building, embodiment practice, and sexuality education to help queer men build the capacity to live with greater authenticity, intimacy, pleasure, and freedom.

REFLECTIONS ON WORKING WITH ALEX:

“Alex creates spaces where honesty feels safe, pleasure feels grounded, and vulnerability doesn’t feel performative.”

“Powerful without being pushy. Structured without being rigid. Deeply human.”

“One of the few facilitators I’ve encountered who can hold emotional complexity, sexuality, humor, nervous-system awareness, and group safety all at once.”
