Overview
Queer Sovereignty Method, a program of Sloan Social Impact Advisors, LLC (“QSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide when you:
- sign up to receive the Sovereignty Letters or other updates;
- submit a question or inquiry through the contact form;
- express interest in coaching, programs, or other offerings; or
- communicate with us directly.
This information may include your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in a message.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide the communications you requested, respond to inquiries, share information about Queer Sovereignty Method, administer our offerings, and improve our work.
When you sign up for the Sovereignty Letters, we may also send occasional information about upcoming Queer Sovereignty Method programs and offerings. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link included in each email.
Submitting the contact form does not add you to the Sovereignty Letters or any marketing list.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate this website and communicate with you. These may include services for website hosting, email delivery, mailing-list management, and related business functions.
For example, we currently use Kit to manage email subscriptions and Resend to deliver messages submitted through the website.
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Queer Sovereignty Method, or when required by law or necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and website data
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and we do not set cookies to profile or follow visitors across sites.
As with virtually all websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services embedded in certain pages automatically receive standard technical information when a page or form is loaded or submitted — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and reliable, and prevent abuse or spam.
When you submit the Sovereignty Letters signup, your browser sends that request directly to Kit, and Kit may set its own cookies or record technical information under its own privacy policy. Contact-form submissions are sent from our server to Resend for email delivery.
We also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when pages are displayed.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.
You may also contact us to ask about, update, or request deletion of personal information you have provided to us, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.
