We’ll begin by settling into our bodies and connecting with one another. From there, I’ll guide us through an interactive learning experience, introducing the ideas and practices of the Queer Sovereignty Method and exploring how they apply to our lives.
We’ll move between short, visually engaging presentations, guided reflection, breath and awareness practices, and conversations in pairs, small groups, and all together. There will be frequent opportunities to pause, notice what we’re experiencing, share discoveries, and experiment with new ways of responding.
There will be moments of laughter, curiosity, vulnerability, and pleasure. Throughout, we’ll explore how our bodies can inform our choices, how we can create more space for authentic responses, and what becomes possible when we express more of ourselves.
Greater freedom to experience and express what is true.
We’re inviting men to discover more of themselves, not identify what’s wrong with them.
